Key Responsibilities
- Find, rent and equip the office in Bangkok
- Recruitment of new employees for the office
- Formation and management of the team consisting of outstanding marketing experts (CMO, Community Managers, PPC manager, SMM manager, influencer marketing manager and others)
- Arrangement and management of partnerships and collaborations with crypto and non-crypto brands
- Building relationships with exchanges and financial counter-parties
- Attending leading blockchain events across the world to present the product
- Hosting AMA (Ask Me Anything) live streaming sessions with community
- Formation of customer service department
- Increasing efficiency of all business processes, implementation of new ideas aimed to improve the product
- Interviews with world-famous media and leading YouTube influencers
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years experience in the blockchain industry
- Previous background in crypto businesses
- Deep knowledge of the crypto industry
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
- Fluent English knowledge for both writing and speaking

- Location in Bangkok is highly preferred. Relocation and remote employment outside of Thailand is discussable
