Chief Marketing Officer

We’re looking to expand our team and hire an experienced and versatile Chief
Marketing Officer to work on our new P2E gaming Metaverse project – Dreams Maker.

Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns as
well as long-term strategies, superior people management skills and is a great
communicator. You will be able to work on tight deadlines and changing priorities.
We are ideally looking for a candidate with experience and proven results in gaming,
crypto, NFT’s and metaverse projects.

Role responsibilities:
 Devise marketing and brand strategies, leveraging internal support.
 Drive awareness of the project to the chosen target audience groups to achieve
project objectives.
 Build and maintain strategic online community groups with an international
coverage of both investors and game users.
 Ensure that marketing operations, branding, communications are unified and
reflect the business tone of voice
 Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
 Build and manage external relationships with crypto and gaming media, press,
influencers, partners and possibly investors.
 Design and execute comprehensive and project specific marketing plans for
every phase of the project roadmap.
 Design a clear strategy to market and maintain a hybrid audience of both crypto
and traditional gamers to accelerate mainstreaming of the project.

Education and Experience:
 2 years of experience in CMO role
 University Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or another business field.
 Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
 Deep understanding of the gaming industry and marketing for games.
 Experience in marketing in gaming/crypto space.
 Deep understanding of blockchain aspects
