Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives in IT, marketing, sales, finance, and other departments.
• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to meet the company’s goals and objectives.
• Lead the execution of strategies developed by the CEO and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
• Drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic plans, and maintain a thorough understanding of the industry to ensure the company's competitive edge.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
• Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention of staff.
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage the operational and financial performance of the company, including budget oversight and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in senior management roles, with a proven track record in SaaS and data companies at a multinational level.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, business development, and operations management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and implementing business strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Experience with scaling businesses in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in the AI or blockchain sectors.
• Familiarity with decentralized systems and data privacy.
• Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
