Chief Technology Officer

ABOUT US:

We are a service provider offering blockchain node access to various projects, companies, and developers across Europe, Asia, and the USA.

TECH STACK:

Go, NATS, ArangoDB, Redis, ScyllaDB, Docker, Nomad, Consul, Envoy, AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, Kubernetes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with complex infrastructure projects such as data storage, virtual machines, containers and cloud services.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks in projects and propose actionable steps to address them.
• Strong skills in working with teams at all levels, including team leads and developers.
• Knowledge of key players in the blockchain and distributed computing market and the technologies behind them.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Cloudflare.
• Experience in independently launching MVP solutions or organizing work for their creation.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to travel as needed.

WILL BE A STRONG PLUS:

• Knowledge of EVM, Solana, TON.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop the project's infrastructure: scaling, enhancing stability, performance, and reliability, reducing latency, improving uptime and availability.
• Oversee the entire development cycle, make architectural decisions, manage releases, etc.
• Manage development teams of up to 20 people (Backend, Frontend, QA, SRE, DevOps), including hiring, development, and termination.
• Participate in shaping the company’s strategy.
