Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve high-value dispute cases efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct dispute assessment, facilitate negotiation and develop resolution strategiesÂ
- Oversee incident compensation processes and ensure timely, transparent reporting.
- Collaborate closely with technology and product teams to conduct postmortem analyses and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of new feature enhancements and maintain up-to-date public documentation.
- Handle escalation cases with professionalism and urgency to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Work alongside the legal team to manage litigation cases related to client disputes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated in client relationship, dispute and crisis management experience, ideally in fintech or crypto
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with excellent verbal and written skills for guiding discussions and drafting structured public statements.Â
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities by gathering evidence, analyzing case files and identifying the underlying issues or root causes of the conflict
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
