Summary
We are seeking a seasoned CMO who will run a global team to spearhead marketing efforts for Earth3. In this role, you will attend and organize offline marketing events on behalf of the project, driving partnerships, managing key relationships, and expanding user base around the globe. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Web3 marketing, capability of identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This is a remote job.
Responsibilities:
- Event Representation: Attend and organize marketing events or campaigns offline on behalf of the project
- Market Expansion: Lead the team's marketing efforts to ensure strong product/market-fit,building community teams or agent networks in your local regions and the global market as a whole to folster partnerships
- Strategy Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, focusing on product positioning and marketing messages. Explore new opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and strengthen our market presence.
- Leadership Role: Result-oriented user and business growth while leading cross-functional collaboration to drive the project's global development.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive experience in Web3 marketing, with a proven track record of managing partnerships and relationships or previous experience of CMO
- Network Resources: Existing network of Web3 or AI KOLs, investors, and advisors. Proven ability to leverage extensive market connections and customer acquisition strategies in the global market
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table
- Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and inspire our marketing team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of cross-cultural engagement and resource coordination.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with digital currency policies, regulatory environments, and trends in target regions.
- Salary: Open to negotiation
