We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Lead to captain local operations, driving ecosystem growth, business development, marketing, offline events, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader passionate about blockchain technology and community building, with a proven track record of nurturing vibrant communities and fostering strategic initiatives.

Ecosystem and Business Development

• Proactively identify and engage potential ecosystem projects, encouraging them to build on Nibiru.
• Craft and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals to showcase the benefit and differentiation of Nibiru's blockchain technology.
• Support new projects through the integration process, ensuring a seamless deployment of smart contracts on Nibiru.
• Collaborate with the technical team to customize integration solutions for a flawless transition.
• Organize developer meetups and events to stimulate innovative DApp development on Nibiru.
• Forge strong relationships within the blockchain space to bolster a supportive network for Nibiru builders.
• Analyze ecosystem growth and DApp performance to offer strategic insights for enhancing ecosystem vitality.

Community Management and Strategic Initiatives

• Demonstrate a history of leading and expanding community projects within significant Layer 1 blockchains, DeFi protocols, or NFT ecosystems.
• Exhibit Web3 expertise with a proven track record in managing web3 communities.
• Implement successful community expansion strategies.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of Nibiru's blockchain tech stack and its ecosystem.
• Show adept project coordination skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in the web3 space.
• Cultivate a vibrant Nibiru community on social media platforms.
• Maintain active engagement on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram to keep community interactions lively.
• Organize and lead community events to strengthen connections within the Nibiru ecosystem.
• Serve as a role model for the Nibiru community, demonstrating proactive and optimistic engagement.
• Identify and highlight key community members, empowering their contributions to Nibiru's growth.
• Foster and reward positive behavior within the community.

Your background:

• Significant experience in community leadership, particularly in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the web3 ecosystem.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire.
• Experience in business development, strategic planning, and project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
• Fluent in English and [Local Language], with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with existing experience at Layer 1 or Layer 2 protocols.
