Magic Square is growing! We're hiring more people for our Community Team. We need people who speak English, Russian/Ukrainian, Turkish, and Vietnamese.
This is a full-time job that you can do from home. We're especially looking for people who live in African and Indian time zones.
If you've worked with a Web3 company before and know how to use Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit, this could be a great job for you.
You'll be working with the Community Manager to make sure everyone in our community has a good experience.
Job Duties:
- Help moderate Magic Square's communities on Telegram and Discord. Make sure everyone is safe and having fun.
- Join in community chats, help people get involved, and make our community better.
- Answer comments and questions from our community quickly and clearly.
- Be active on Twitter and Reddit, helping us with brand awareness.
- Write well to chat with our community and potential users.
- Learn about Magic Square and our products and services, and explain them to new users.
- Keep up with the latest in Web3 technology and use that knowledge in your job.
- Be able to work by yourself or with a team, and show that you can manage tasks and projects.
Job Requirements:
- You must speak and write well in English OR Russian/Ukrainian OR Turkish, OR Vietnamese fluently.
- You should have had a similar job with a Web3 company.
- You should know a lot about Web3 and be able to learn about our company quickly.
- You need to have experience with online communities, especially on Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.
- You must be able to work from home and have your own device.
- You must be good at customer service.
