Community Operations Specialist - Binance Wallet

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve KPIs
• Support the team lead in implementing structured workflows and guidelines to enhance team efficiency
• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, ensuring project targets are met within the timeline
• Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor and resolve wallet issues effectively
• Investigate business needs and deliver comprehensive solutions and implementations
• Analyze user issues and propose innovative solutions
• Undertake additional related duties as assigned by the team leader

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in blockchain & Web3
• 1-2 years of experience in community operations
• Experienced in hosting Twitter Space and Telegram AMAs
• Good understanding of financial and blockchain trading business, especially in on-chain trading for early Web3 projects
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner
• Have a sense of responsibility, self-motivation and a strong capability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
