Community & Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a full-time, ambitious and energetic Community & Partnerships Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

Community management

  • develop structured community plan across major platforms (primarily focusing on Discord and Twitter) including:- daily interaction with the community members, hosting AMAs, managing mods- create the content plan aligned to overall marketing goals- develop onboarding flow/experiences and programs to grow and retain Bolide community
  • set clear success metrics to evaluate community strategy success and overall community health
  • collaborating with other communities to create value/unique experiences for Bolide users
  • researching and developing Web3 social strategy for Bolide

Partnerships

  • identify opportunities and develop a consistent partnerships roadmapĀ 
  • proactive outreach and building relationships with target protocols/partners/influencers to foster our product adoption

Requirements

  • passionate about Web3/Defi/NFT space and good understanding of the niche social trends
  • good understanding of the role that community plays in web3 marketing, strong experience in managing Discord and simply enjoying be there for the community members
  • crypto Twitter wizard - strong experience managing and growing Twitter accounts, creating relevant content (please be ready to share examples)
  • independent player, self-starter - weā€™re a very supportive team, but we need you to be accountable and autonomous in you remit
