The successful candidate will enforce regulations in all aspects of our operations, conduct regular audits and monitor all company proceedings.Â
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company policies and regulations.
- Oversee and manage the regular compliance checks on all operations in accordance with rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure the marketing content and other operations are aligned with compliance requirements.
- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.
- Conduct compliance training to all employees to heighten awareness of standards and regulations.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance control.
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Compliance Manager with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and experience working with the Thai SEC.
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-keeping.
- A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Superior communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to work with a team and navigate within all levels of an organization.
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)) will be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business management or a related field.
