Compliance Operations & Project Manager, Earn Products

Responsibilities

• Assist the Earn team with all Compliance-related Project Management & Product Operations tasks – ranging from Compliance, Regulatory, Risk and Legal perspective.
• Working closely with the Legal & Compliance advisory team to gain & protect Earn Products Market Share – Savings, Loans, Staking & Structured Products using Compliance/Legal strategy and operations – e.g. opening up markets, license applications and navigating through restrictions to retain or off-board markets.
• Coordinate regulatory projects with cross functional teams – VIP, CS, Regional Marketing and local legal counsels to ensure and maintain smooth & compliant product marketing & sales operations.
• Frequently plan and track compliance, regulatory and legal growth initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to achieve growth and retention of Earn’s KPI.
• Experience working with Earn-type of products - Financial, Wealth Management or Interest products and understand it’s competitor & similar DeFi products (e.g. Savings, Loans, Staking & Structured Products)
• Operations, Legal & Compliance background in Crypto Exchanges or Traditional Finance would be a huge plus. 

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, compliance, Legal and Risk operations in the crypto or traditional finance space.
• Strong Multi-Stakeholder management & large-scale project management skills is a MUST – this role requires constant escalation & large group alignments across business units.
• Strong, driven and strategic business mindset with strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of Binance and competitors’ Earn Products, have strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies, trends, options, lending, staking & derivatives protocols.
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner.
• Fast-learner, problem solver, analytical, hard-working & technical person great with data.
• Upon completion of interview rounds, interviewee will be invited to do a compliance operations assessment for a final assessment.
