Crypto Marketing & Communications Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a DeFi/Crypto Marketing & Communications Manager to drive the marketing, communications, and community efforts for a number of different projects in the space including Amp and the Digital Spenders Club. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll balance strategy with execution, guiding how these projects tell their story, engage communities, and build long-term credibility. You’ll be responsible for shaping brand narratives, executing campaigns, managing partnerships, and growing engagement across multiple channels—including social, PR, content marketing, and community initiatives. This role requires someone deeply immersed in DeFi and crypto who understands how to communicate complex ideas, build communities, and create strategic momentum across multiple brands.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies for multiple crypto projects, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with each brand’s goals.
• Manage PR and media relations, drafting press releases, securing placements, and handling outreach to relevant publications and influencers.
• Own social and content marketing, ensuring a steady flow of engaging content across Twitter, blogs, websites, and other key channels.
• Engage with and support crypto communities, collaborating with community managers and keeping a pulse on sentiment and opportunities.
• Lead partnership and integration efforts, working with ecosystem partners, influencers, and collaborators to expand reach and impact.
• Coordinate events and campaigns, from speaking opportunities to digital activations and brand-building initiatives.
• Track performance and optimize efforts, ensuring the right strategies are in place to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
• Collaborate across teams, working closely with leadership, creatives, and external partners to bring initiatives to life.

About You

• Deep knowledge of DeFi and crypto, with the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging content.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, ideally in crypto, fintech, or a similarly fast-paced industry.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, able to craft everything from press releases to social content with clarity and impact.
• Hands-on social media and community management experience, knowing how to engage, listen, and adapt in real time.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives at once, shifting between strategy and execution seamlessly.
• Comfortable with media relations, partnerships, and growing brand presence across key channels.
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, thriving in an environment where you take ownership and drive results.
