Strips Finance is the world's first decentralized interest rate derivatives exchange that allows investors to trade, speculate and hedge interest rates as part of a larger portfolio trading strategy that is built on Arbitrum, a Layer-2 blockchain on Ethereum. Job Description
We are looking for a talented Customer Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly growing DeFi startup together to disrupt a multi-billion dollar burgeoning new industry. This role will drive the user growth of our company, through various direct and indirect channels. Bringing more trading volume is our north star. Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of this role is to bring new users to the platform by multiple channels using a data driven approach. User acquisition is the primary goal, while user retention is the secondary goal.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to create and implement communication strategies for different channels
- Liaise with the analytics and data engineering team in scoring and adjusting activities in line with the findings of the tracking system
- Generate reports based on weekly activities to measure the effectiveness of the initiatives carried out
- Incorporate market and industry trends, available research data, and web funnel analytics to determine the optimal media mix
- Research channels and funnels available to access the target audience globally
- Interact with existing customers, as well as new prospects and leads, providing the necessary information needed to operate trades on the exchange
- Continuously look for new opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
- Keep track of all interactions in the CRM and tools provided
Qualifications:
- Have a deep and broad experience in media strategy and planning, digital marketing, and media and campaign analytics
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in marketing and growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platform metrics
- Has a positive attitude and loves opportunities to collaborate with others
- Interest in Crypto and Blockchain
- Fluent or native English speaker
- Additional languages are a plus
- Critical thinking and data driven decision making
- An entrepreneurial spirit, and creative thinking
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
