Customer Success Integrations Specialist

Our founding team are successful entrepreneurs and crypto tech execs from top universities (Williams, Stanford, Harvard, etc.) who have worked together for years. We are supporting and partnering with some of the most well-known and well-respected groups in the space.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Web3 integration specialist to join our globally distributed team and who will act as one of the main points of contact for all of our partner grant programs. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of grant program selection, execution, and results reporting & validation, as well as assisting the Customer Solutions Lead in managing the client initiative. This role will also work closely with our VP of Customer Success to ensure that pre-launch and post-launch goals are being met and partner communities’ engagement 

Responsibilities

• Build / design contributions that inspire the community and deliver results. 
• Understand client needs and translate into pathways of value creation
• Connect with ecosystem builders & understand how to amplify their business 
• Build / assemble / design the contributions that amplify partner apps
• Analyze contribution results and drive adjustments and improvements.
• Improve internal templates / playbooks & work processes. 

Required experience:

• web3 native: that knows their way around defi - can bridge, stake & transfer safely. 
• Technically competent: comfortable with new technologies and can work in undefined spaces 
• Diligent and relentless: able to identify issues and able to drive them to resolution 
• Process oriented: able to execute and improve processes and playbooks
