Data Systems Engineer

Bluprynt is the compliance infrastructure layer for tokenized assets—linking off-chain regulatory requirements with on-chain identity, policy enforcement, and supervisory visibility. Backed by premier firms like Coinbase and Robinhood, we've completed the EU's first MiCA pilot, launched Know Your Issuer (KYI) with global stablecoin issuers, partnered with Chainlink on automated on-chain compliance, and closed an oversubscribed $4.25M Seed round earlier this year. And we're working with central banks and regulators around the world.

Now we're hiring the engineer who will help power the data platform that makes all of it work.

This is a hands-on role. You'll write code daily, design systems, and ship product—while translating complex regulatory requirements into clean, scalable architecture. Python and TypeScript, multi-source data pipelines, on-chain registry design, AI agent orchestration, and the full stack transition from Heroku to AWS. You'll also have significant influence over architectural decisions as we build out.

The person we're looking for has strong technical foundations and a bias toward shipping. They're comfortable with ambiguity. They understand that that critical infrastructure means timely delivery and devotion to the mission. They have experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development and test generation. And they want to build something that regulators, financial firms, and exchanges actually depend on.

Remote opportunity but must be willing to work primarily US (East Coast) hours.
