Social Media Moderator (Telegram & Discord)

We’re currently onboarding MVP testers and building a global community of early adopters, alpha hunters, and future DeFi leaders.

⚡ What You’ll Do

• Moderate Telegram and Discord communities daily (engagement, safety, tone)

• Respond quickly to questions, guide users, and keep conversations high-quality

• Welcome new members and direct them to key resources (waitlist, Sparky Chat, etc.)

• Identify and remove spam, scams, and low-quality noise

• Spark conversations around DeFi, AI, and market trends

• Support announcements, contests, and community campaigns

• Escalate important feedback, bugs, or user insights to the team

🧩 What We’re Looking For

• Active in crypto communities (Telegram, Discord, X)

• Strong understanding of DeFi basics (liquidity pools, staking, risk, etc.)

• Clear, confident communicator (fast and professional responses)

• High awareness of scams, bots, and community threats

• Able to maintain a calm, positive, and structured environment

• Self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction

Bonus:

• Experience moderating crypto or Web3 communities

• Familiarity with moderation bots (Rose, MEE6, etc.)

• Interest in AI + DeFi convergence

💰 Compensation

• $400–$600/month (based on experience & availability)

• Part-time (2–4 hours/day, flexible schedule)

• Opportunity to grow into Community Lead role
