We are an innovative tech company focused on building solutions in the blockchain space. Our current project leverages Solana to create a decentralized application that will revolutionize the industry. We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to streamline and enhance our development, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and management using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance and infrastructure costs.
  • Ensure system reliability, availability, and security through proactive monitoring and incident response.
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) and Kubernetes clusters.
  • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK stack.
  • Collaborate with developers to optimize build processes and deployment pipelines.
  • Conduct regular security reviews, including vulnerability assessments and system hardening.
  • Document DevOps processes, systems architecture, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure or similar) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
  • Solid understanding of Linux system administration and networking.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps and cloud environments.
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across multiple systems and platforms.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Solana and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, or similar.
  • Experience with Sentry and Netlify.
  • Familiarity with Rust programming language.
  • Knowledge of smart contract development or deployment.
