Position: DevOps Group Manager
Celsius Network is looking for experienced and seasoned DevOpsGroup Manager to lead the DevOps department across the globe. You will supervise the group all over the world, build the team, automate processes, own the Production 24x7 deployments, guarantee security for all applications, push for innovation and strive for easy-to-deploy apps and software products.
Responsibilities● Full responsibility over the Production environment.● Provide Monitoring tools for NOC, IT and Security teams to guarantee 24x7 secured service.● Take care of how developers spin up their development environments.● Ownership on staging, QA and dev environments using automatic pipeline.● Ensure easy-to-use and productive CI/CD environment with cutting edge technologies.
Your Experience & Skills● 5 Years of experience as DevOps Group Manager (or Team-Leader consisting of at least 7 engineers).● 3 Years experience with AWS deployments (Cloudwatch, RDS, Codebuild, Codepipeline, EKS, SQS)● 3 years in cloud based deployments.● 3 years experience with: Terraform, Docker / Kubernetes, Helm● Group Management skills (organized, ability to delegate, emotional intelligence, problem solving, decision maker)● Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture planning.● Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
