Digital Asset Business Development Manager

As a Digital Asset Business Development Manager, you will:

• Contribute to business development strategy and identifying high-value partnership opportunities.
• Utilise and further build existing extensive networks in order to stay on top of key trends and industry developments.
• Develop financial, business and brand cases to support new partnership agreements. 
• Identify potential opportunities to enhance current trading operations or start new ventures
• Drive execution and maintain consistent follow up with key stakeholders to ensure progress towards the goals of  business plans 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a business development role focusing on sourcing, managing and executing  partnerships 
• Experience working in the digital asset and blockchain industry with extensive cryptocurrency product knowledge is a  requirement 
• A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to align token project needs  with digital asset project team’s strategy 
• Detail-oriented, results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision 
• Data-savvy, understand basic metrics of marketing and operations 
• Effective organizational, planning and time management skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and work  collaboratively with multiple teams 
• Ability and desire to identify challenges and suggest improvements in a fast paced and collaborative environment
