Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services, including guidance on using them effectively.
• Help clients navigate the complexities of cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain integration.
• Document client interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and client engagement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and related financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to rapidly changing technologies and market dynamics.
