Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing events and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Drive the marketing strategies across multiple Binance Earn products and service
- Collaborate with cross-teams, including marketing, regional teams, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Oversee and optimize marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and user campaigns
- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
Requirements
- 3+ years minimum experience in integrated marketing campaigns with excellent data analytics capabilities
- Proven success in growth marketing and operation, eg. operation campaign design, content marketing, email marketing, top-of-funnel growth, and funnel optimization
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools
- Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills: build and manage strong relationships with their team and cross-functional colleagues
- Data-focused: Able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze data and gain insights from the data
