Earn Operations- Compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist the Earn team with Compliance Product Operations – ranging from Compliance, Regulatory, Risk and Legal perspective.
• Working closely with the Legal & Compliance team to grow Earn Products – Savings, Loans, Staking & Structured Products using Compliance/Legal strategy and operations – e.g. opening up markets, license applications and navigating through restrictions.
• Manage and work on onboarding legal agreements, novation agreements and other adhoc requests of Market Makers and business partners.
• Cooperate with cross functional teams (product, marketing, CS, KOL affiliate) in order to maintain smooth product operation from a compliance & legal perspective.
• Work with VIP and institutional clients and onboard more institutional clients onto Earn Products in a compliant & legal manner.
• Frequently plan and track compliance, regulatory and legal growth initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Earn’s KPI
• Well known each DeFi yield farming, lending, options & derivative protocols and competitor’s products.
• Legal, Compliance, Traditional Finance, Structured Products & Derivatives background would be a significant advantage.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, compliance, Legal and Risk operations in the crypto or traditional finance space.
• Solid Understanding of Binance and competitors’ Earn Products, have strong understanding of cryptocurrency / blockchain-related terminologies, trends, options, lending, staking & derivatives protocols.
• Fluency in English. Mandarin speaking would be a plus.
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, self-driven, and quick-learner
• Multi-skilled, fast-learner, problem solver, analytical, hard-working.
• Driven and strategic mindset with strong documentation and writing skills.
• Work with market promotion and brand promotion through marketing materials and marketing activities.
