Email Marketing Manager

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of our lifecycle and CRM communications and turn them into a reliable growth lever. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll design the funnel logic, build automations, and continuously improve performance through segmentation, testing, and clear analysis. You’ll work closely with marketing and development to launch campaigns that move users forward and add real value to traders.

Responsibilities

• Define and own our email marketing strategy across the full user lifecycle.
• Build funnels and journeys for key user scenarios.
• Set up and maintain automated flows (e.g., checkout abandonment, users not progressing to the next step, password/reset and key product triggers).
• Create segmentation strategies by country, user profile, evaluation stage and behaviour.
• Plan and deliver newsletters that provide real value without spamming.
• Coordinate with marketing and development to support launches and ensure tracking and timings.
• Coordinate copy, design and campaign execution end-to-end.
• Run A/B tests across subject lines, content, offers, timing, segments and funnel steps.
• Measure and report performance and translate data into actions.
• Create or edit responsive email templates (HTML/CSS).
• Analyze performance and deliverability metrics and turn insights into actions and new tests.
• Monitor deliverability basics and sender authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing (ideally in crypto, trading, fintech or similar).
• Proven experience building funnels, automated flows and segmentation.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data to make decisions.
• Strong writing skills and ability to craft clear, engaging messaging.
• Good creative judgement (structure, clarity, layout, and overall communication quality).
• Comfortable coordinating with design/marketing and collaborating with development.
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Brevo is a strong plus, similar tools are also valid).
• Solid understanding of deliverability fundamentals and how they affect performance.
• Native or near-native English (ideally with experience in English-speaking countries). Spanish is a plus, but not required.
