Events Producer

About the Role

We are seeking an excellent Events Producer with an eye for fostering strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance our event experiences. In this role, you will drive the success of our Web3 Week Zebu Live conference and other key events by leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to secure valuable collaborations.

As an Events producer, you will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of event planning and execution, with a particular emphasis on nurturing and managing relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders. Alongside operational logistics, your objectives will also be to cultivate meaningful connections that enhance the overall event experience and drive mutual value for all involved parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end event planning and management process, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional attendee experiences.
• Develop and implement innovative event strategies that prioritize the cultivation of strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsor activations seamlessly into event marketing and communication plans.
• Coordinate panels of speakers, managing all aspects of speaker selection, communication, and logistics to ensure engaging and cohesive programming.
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with sponsors and partners, ensuring alignment with event objectives and mutual benefit.
• Manage sponsor relationships and oversee activation on-site, providing exceptional service and support throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to execute sponsor-related logistics and deliverables.
• Monitor event budgets and handle invoicing and financial transactions related to sponsorships and partnerships.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and generate insights to inform future event strategies and sponsorship opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience in event planning and execution, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with event management software and tools for streamlined planning and execution.
• Adherence to legal and compliance standards related to event sponsorship agreements.
• Creative thinking and innovation in developing sponsorship and partnership strategies to enhance event experiences.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and challenges in a fast-paced web3 marketing agency setting.
• Web3 experience & blockchain ecosystem knowledge is essential.
