We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support for our Co-Founder, Professor David Tse.
What You'll Do:
You’ll maintain the Co-Founder’s calendar, and make recommendations in regard to time management, prioritization, and business needs.
You’ll ensure the Co-Founder is prepared for upcoming meetings, presentations, and projects by proactively gathering the materials necessary.
Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to team meetings, full staff meetings, all hands meetings, off- site meetings, one-on-one meetings, meetings with stakeholders and investors, etc.
Complete monthly expense reports.
Book appropriate domestic and international travel within travel policy, taking into account travel Visas, costs and proper documentation. Occasionally assist with team travel for events.
Occasionally assist operations with general administrative tasks.
Assist other colleagues when necessary.
About You
Minimum of 5+ years of executive assistant experience from a tech start-up or university.
You have strong relationship management skills, the ability to build a personal network throughout the company, and the ability to work well with a variety of personalities.
You are a strong multi-tasker with an appreciation for the challenges of supporting a growing team with diverse personalities in a hybrid and remote working environment.
You have a passion to learn and contribute.
Resourceful, resilient, and self-motivated.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and constant change.
Working proficiency of Google Suite, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Zoom, etc.Â
Handle sensitive/confidential information and operate with a high degree of discretion at all times.
Preferred previous experience in crypto start-ups
