Movimentum is the leading token marketing agency for campaigns on CoinMarketCap, working with Sonic, Ronin, Beam and many other projects with live tokens. From the minds of two founders in 2023, the company has grown to over 20 members from all over the world in less than 2 years, driven by a belief that great products donât deserve to die in silence. We exist to make sure worthy tokens get the visibility, momentum, and the narrative they need to win.
Weâre expanding our Sales department and looking for a full-time Setter to open doors, spark interest, and book high-value calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reach out to potential leads across multiple channels, book discovery calls, and follow up constantly to move opportunities through the pipeline.
- Own top-of-funnel outreach, identify high-potential leads, send DMs that get responses, and book qualified discovery calls weekly. As well as relentless, value-driven follow-ups to keep the pipeline moving.
- Sync weekly with the sales team to review progress and tackle any blockers.
- Independently manage your schedule, utilizing time-blocking and task management tools to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
- Be a proficient English speaker.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneur-like drive. You donât wait to be told what to do, you hunt, learn, and set calls.
- Past experience in outbound sales and warm connections are a big bonus, however we prioritise the right attitude and drive.
- Not afraid to engage in mass cold DMs if thatâs what it takes to get replies.
- Commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
