Crypto Accountant

THE ROLE: 

You’ll be taking care of all the key day-to-day finance tasks: sending out salaries, tracking purchases, managing our crypto and NFT portfolio, and keeping monthly reports in order. You’ll also handle invoices, contracts, and work with our accounting partner to stay on top of taxes. It’s a role that needs someone who’s organised, comfortable managing their own time, and can keep things running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monthly revenue and expense reporting for company accounting
• Buying and selling crypto and NFTs, plus portfolio tracking
• Managing and tracking company purchases
• Sending salaries
• Creating and sending invoices and contracts
• Handling tax obligations through our accounting partner
• Independently manage your schedule, utilizing time-blocking and task management tools to ensure deadlines are met and priorities are maintained

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience in finance planning and operations in the crypto space
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively using time blocking and project management tools.
• Proactivity and adaptability.
• Commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work weekends, and go the extra mile to meet deadlines.
• Studies in related fields or training through courses.
