Job Responsibilities
1. Lead user acquisition and growth initiatives for cryptocurrency spot and perpetual futures products, including public channel traffic acquisition, private community user acquisition and conversion, as well as the development and execution of product, content, traffic, and user operation strategies. Be responsible for achieving key user growth metrics.
2. Analyze user behavior, preferences, and experience to identify user needs, and develop high-quality content and scalable growth strategies by leveraging community IP and ecosystem resources.
3. Stay up to date with the latest industry growth strategies and trends. Maintain a strong curiosity for innovative growth approaches and proactively explore new opportunities and initiatives.
4. Analyze key user metrics and map the user journey. Integrate both on-platform and off-platform operational and marketing resources, and drive user growth through campaign planning, execution, and optimizationāfrom acquisition to monetization.
5. Monitor, collect, and analyze operational data on a regular basis, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize growth and operational performance.
Qualifications
1. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis methodologies and validation. Ability to leverage data insights to optimize products and user growth strategies.
2. Solid understanding of Web3 user acquisition channels and community growth strategies, including KOL/KOC marketing. Strong user operations mindset. Prior experience in the cryptocurrency exchange industry is highly preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
4. 3+ years of futures business operations experience is required.
5. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary range: 3000-6000 USDT + commission monthly
This position is on-site in Vancouver BC.
