About the Role

Funjible Games is seeking a full-time News Editor to join our growing team. This remote role involves leading editorial operations, producing and managing content, and shaping the voice of a cutting-edge gaming and Web3 media platform.

Funjible Games is a subsridary brand of Altcoin Buzz.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write reports on gaming projects, trends, and Web3 developments.
• Play and review games; create walkthroughs or interview questions for developers.
• Manage editorial strategy, daily content schedules, and CMS publishing (5–6 pieces/day).
• Ensure content meets SEO, quality, and editorial standards.
• Edit, fact-check, and publish articles and game pages.
• Write up to 2 - 4 articles or editorial game reviews or walkthroughs per month.
• Design article images using templates (Canva training provided).
• Mentor freelance writers and help expand the contributor network.
• Collaborate with business development on sponsored content and partnerships.

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in gaming or crypto media editing (portfolio required).
• Native or near-native English fluency with excellent writing/editing skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO, CMS tools, and content planning.
• Passion for gaming (especially crypto gaming) is essential.
• Ideally, must have played atleast one crypto game before - know how to set up, manage gaming wallet, nft marketplace etc.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualities

• Familiarity with industry trends in crypto and gaming.
• Experience in blogging or journalism.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Able to work with a global team.
