Growth & Trader Acquisition ( APAC )

Miracle is a multi-engine trading platform built to aggregate the top perpetual DEX ecosystems into a single, seamless UI. We’re building the most efficient way for traders to access whatever market has the most attention right now, on mobile and web.

What You’ll Own:

You will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and activating high-volume traders and trading communities in the APAC region, becoming a core driver of Miracle’s growth engine.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and close high-volume traders, including API traders, market makers, and active DEX/CEX users.
• Build relationships with key APAC trading communities, syndicates, KOLs, and alpha groups.
• Run targeted acquisition campaigns, tailored to APAC languages, platforms, and culture.
• Drive onboarding into Miracle, ensuring traders understand multi-engine routing, unified balance, fee benefits, and maker flow incentives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to bring trader feedback, regional insights, and feature demands into the Miracle roadmap.
• Own weekly acquisition KPIs, including number of conversions, high-volume accounts onboarded, and volume routed.
• Represent Miracle at APAC crypto events, online spaces, AMAs, and trader hubs.
• Monitor competitor ecosystems (Hyperliquid, Lighter, Variational, Vertex, etc.) and identify market gaps/opportunities for Miracle.

Requirements

Must-Have

• Experience onboarding traders for a DEX, CEX, brokerage, or trading platform.
• Strong network in APAC trading circles (China, Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Japan).
• Understanding of perpetual futures markets, maker/taker dynamics, and API trading.
• Ability to speak at least one APAC regional language (Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Japanese, Thai, etc.).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-level environment where execution speed matters.
• Proven ability to hit acquisition and volume KPIs.

Nice-to-Have

• Relationships with prop firms, trading academies, quant traders, and influencers.
• Experience working with Hyperliquid or other modular perp engines.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, maker rebates, routing logic, and fee structures.
• Previous experience at a high-growth Web3 or trading startup.
