We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and customer outcomes within our Financial Services business. This role will lead a high-performing sales managers and their teams focused on serving banking customers.Our Financial Services FinTech customer base spans a broad spectrum of financial services organizations: Digital Payments & Transfers, Banking & Personal Finance, Investing & WealthTech, Lending, Insurtech, Crypto & Blockchain.Across all segments, our customers share a common need for resilient and cost-effective technological infrastructure, including advanced trading platforms, real-time data feeds, research platforms, and risk management tools.AWS is helping customers transform across all phases of the trading lifecycle—from pre-trade research and analytics, through trade execution, to post-trade settlement and reporting. AWS provides the foundation for customers to build and deploy production-ready AI agents that automate complex workflows, from post-trade reconciliations to real-time market analysis.Key job responsibilities Lead and develop a team of sales professionals focused on Financial Services FinTech accounts Drive revenue growth and customer adoption across buy-side, sell-side, and market infrastructure segments Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key accounts Develop and execute territory strategies that identify whitespace opportunities and drive expansion Partner with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions across the trading lifecycle Navigate complex sales cycles in organizations with conservative risk management cultures and stringent regulatory requirements Foster collaboration across AWS teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for trading platforms, data analytics, HPC workloads, and risk management systemsA day in the life About the team Why AWS?
