About Assetize

Assetize is a platform for the tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs). We take institutional-grade assets, and the income they produce, and issue them on-chain as compliant, tokenized instruments that are simpler to access, hold and trade than their traditional counterparts. Our aim is to open the returns of real-world assets to a global, on-chain market, without compromising the standards institutional investors expect.

Tokenized real-world assets are one of the fastest-growing areas in digital assets, and Assetize is being built to be a serious, institutional-grade player in it. We are early, well-backed and moving fast, which makes this a rare chance to own the commercial function from the ground up and shape how tokenized assets reach the market.

The role

We are hiring a Head of Partnerships to own the origination and closing of the relationships that drive our real-world asset tokenization business: the counterparties that supply on-chain yield, and the platforms that give tokenized RWAs their distribution. That means exchanges, fintechs, neobanks, crypto foundations and treasuries, custodians, capital-markets desks and market-makers.

This is a hands-on, senior role, not a management seat. You will build the pipeline from zero, run outreach end to end, and carry deals over the line yourself. As the function proves out, there is a clear path to building and leading a team beneath you.

What you will do

•               Build and work a target pipeline of the counterparties above, from cold identification through to a signed partnership.

•               Run outreach end to end: identify the right people, open the conversation, pitch Assetize and our tokenized RWA products, negotiate commercial terms and close.

•               Originate partnerships that bring both on-chain yield sources and distribution for tokenized real-world assets, and manage those relationships once they are live.

•               Represent Assetize and the case for RWA tokenization with credibility at conferences, with intermediaries and in front of institutional counterparties.

•               Work closely with legal and compliance to structure partnerships within the platform's regulatory and offer-route framework, not around it.

•               Feed insight back to product on what partners and the RWA market actually need, so what we tokenize reflects real demand.

•               Report on pipeline, conversion and the capacity you unlock, and own your numbers.

What we are looking for

•               Four to eight years in business development or partnerships, with at least two to three in crypto, Web3, digital assets or real-world asset tokenization.

•               A live network with the exact counterparty types we target: exchanges, foundations, custodians, neobanks, fintechs, capital-markets desks and market-makers. You have closed real deals, not just managed inbound accounts.

•               Genuine understanding of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and on-chain yield, credible enough to hold a technical and commercial conversation without a solutions engineer in the room.

•               Comfort operating inside a regulated, compliance-heavy structure, and the judgement to work within constraints rather than treat them as obstacles.

•               A startup temperament: you build pipeline from nothing, do your own outreach and do not need a marketing engine behind you to generate meetings.

•               Strong negotiation and deal-structuring ability, and the discipline to run a clean pipeline.

Bonus points

•               Existing relationships at exchanges, foundations, neobanks or RWA protocols we are already targeting.

•               A visible presence and personal brand in the digital-asset or RWA tokenization space.

•               Experience taking a new tokenization or capital-markets product to market, rather than selling an established brand.

Fully remote, with the flexibility that comes with it and the accountability that has to come with it too. We care about pipeline and closed partnerships, not hours logged. Compensation is a competitive base plus meaningful performance-linked upside tied to the partnerships you land, with equity available for the right person.
