About the Role
We are looking for a high-performance High-Ticket Sales Development Representative to join the sales team at Yieldschool. Our top SDRs in 2025 did $30K+/month earnings. This is a fully remote, full-time role focused on qualifying inbound prospects and moving them to a closer’s calendar and getting them to show up. You will be speaking with high-net-worth individuals who have already engaged with our marketing but need help understanding the opportunity. This is an environment that rewards clarity and decisive action.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be exceptional at helping prospects understand the value of attending a call with their Account Executive.
- You’ll recognize when a prospect is not a fit and can make that judgment call.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and the supporting dialer tools.
- Be obsessed with self-development - personal and physical health are at their peak.
- Dive deep into our fulfillment systems and live & breathe what you are selling.
What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements
- 2+ years of high-ticket B2C sales/SDR experience.
- Proven track record setting $2M+ in lifetime revenue.
- North America hours and dedication to our business - you will not split your time with another company.
- Comfortable selling high-value programs to high-net-worth individuals.
- Highly coachable with fast implementation of feedback.
Crypto Alignment (Preferred)
- Crypto-native or strong understanding of crypto/DeFi markets preferred
Compensation
- Earnings: $2K/month base
- Commission: ~3% per deal
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $8,000 – $15,000+ per month
- Significant upside for top performers
