This role will serve as the first point of contact for employee support through our Jira ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and accurate recordkeeping. You will play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle — from onboarding new hires to coordinating offboarding processes — while maintaining compliance and data accuracy across our HR systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build foundational experience in HR operations within a fast-paced, global environment. 🚀 What you will do · Jira Ticket Management: Monitor the People Team Jira queue daily, triaging, categorizing, and resolving employee inquiries, escalating when necessary. · Onboarding Coordination: Schedule onboarding sessions, initiate background checks, distribute contracts, and support new hire profile setup in Workday, Deel, and ADP. · Offboarding Administration: Process offboarding requests, ensuring documentation is completed and filed accurately. · Payroll support: Create and review monthly reports to inform our payroll manager around any changes across all payroll systems. · Data Management & Compliance: Maintain accuracy of employee records across HR systems while adhering to privacy and confidentiality protocols. · Knowledge Base Contribution: Identify recurring issues and document solutions to continuously improve processes and employee self-service resources. 🧑‍🚀 About You · 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or a similar support role. · Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to data management. · Comfortable working with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, or Jira (experience with multiple systems a plus). · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.We’re looking for people who live our core values, those who strive for excellence and want to leave a lasting legacy  on the global financial system.
