This role will serve as the first point of contact for employee support through our Jira ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and accurate recordkeeping. You will play a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle â from onboarding new hires to coordinating offboarding processes â while maintaining compliance and data accuracy across our HR systems.
