Influencer Marketing Manager | DeFi Role

Job description

We’re looking for a full-time, passionate Influencer Marketing Manager, with strong influencer and KOL experience and solid understanding of Fintech/Blockchain/DeFi industry trends and behaviors.

Responsibilities: 

  • Research and identify influencers and partners to work with and build strong professional relationship with them 
  • Reach out to and manage communication with influencers
  • Draft and negotiate influencer deliverable agreements and contracts ensuring monthly retainer targets are being met
  • Oversee the setup and running of influencers campaigns (you’ll be creating campaigns around a unique vision, drafting the proposals for this campaign, and deciding on the KPIs)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, evaluate and report on success of influencers campaigns
  • Provide assistance (guidance or a creative push in the right direction) when the influencer is creating content
  • Ensure alignment with marketing team and other third parties to ensure all content created out of the influencer programme is shared to be used across social channels

Qualifications: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in an influencer marketing role
  • Experience and an interest in the Defi/blockchain space. Highly aware of marketing trends for Defi projects
  • Connections to influencers, and potential partners experience working in a remote team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent negotiating and networking skills
  • You have a collaborative working style sharing ideas, taking feedback and communicating updates effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to work independently
  • Native/Fluent English
