- Responsible for the Community operations in the Japanese market, including but not limited to the daily maintenance and promotion of Telegram, Discord, Line and other platforms;
- Participate in the company's brand strategy and marketing activities, responsible for planning and executing online and offline activities to increase brand awareness and influence;
- Track the development trend of the blockchain in the Japanese market, feed back timely relevant information to the company, and provide data support for strategic decision-making;
- Have an in-depth understanding of the blockchain industry and related technical terms, and provide professional operational advice and support for the company;
- Responsible for synchronizing marketing materials in Japan to ensure that the information is accurate, smooth, and in line with the needs of the target market and audience;
- Maintain good communication and collaboration with other departments of the company to ensure that operations are consistent with the company's overall strategic goals;
- Monitor community operating data, analyze user behavior, formulate and optimize operational strategies, and improve community activity and user stickiness;
- Assist in handling problems and disputes in the community and maintain a good community atmosphere.
