KYC/B Specialist, Gulf Binance

This role is focused on providing expertise in KYC/B operations, product and process improvements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level knowledge in KYC/B-related functions and deliver high-quality results while providing ad hoc support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reviews and verifications of customer documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Handle escalated or complex cases with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of KYC/B processes to meet compliance requirements.
• Work closely with other team members to achieve operational goals.
• Identify areas for improvement in KYC/B workflows, tools, and processes.
• Work with internal teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Align process improvements with legal and compliance guidelines.
• Stay informed about updates in regulations and compliance standards related to KYC/B and customer onboarding.
• Ensure all processes adhere to local and international legal requirements.
• Manage customer inquiries or cases related to KYC/B in a timely and professional manner.
• Document and resolve cases to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Provide support for urgent tasks or special projects requiring KYC/B expertise.
• Act as a resource for KYC/B-related queries or initiatives within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in KYC/B, AML, or similar fields, preferably within financial services or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in KYC/B processes.
• Fluent in both English and Thai 
• Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information securely.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in process optimization or working on compliance-related projects.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer service platforms.
