This role is focused on providing expertise in KYC/B operations, product and process improvements, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring senior-level knowledge in KYC/B-related functions and deliver high-quality results while providing ad hoc support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed reviews and verifications of customer documents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Handle escalated or complex cases with accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and maintain the quality of KYC/B processes to meet compliance requirements.
Work closely with other team members to achieve operational goals.
Identify areas for improvement in KYC/B workflows, tools, and processes.
Work with internal teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Align process improvements with legal and compliance guidelines.
Stay informed about updates in regulations and compliance standards related to KYC/B and customer onboarding.
Ensure all processes adhere to local and international legal requirements.
Manage customer inquiries or cases related to KYC/B in a timely and professional manner.
Document and resolve cases to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
Provide support for urgent tasks or special projects requiring KYC/B expertise.
Act as a resource for KYC/B-related queries or initiatives within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in KYC/B, AML, or similar fields, preferably within financial services or fintech.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in KYC/B processes.
Fluent in both English and Thai
Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information securely.
Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Experience in process optimization or working on compliance-related projects.
Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer service platforms.
