Lead Full-Stack Web3 Developer

The Role:

As the seed member of Joba Networks engineering team, you will have the opportunity to showcase the breadth and depth of your skills, take on multiple responsibilities, and have input into our product and business. Because of our early stage, you will also have the ability to receive token incentives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Building out new platform features from our Product Roadmap

• Maintaining and supporting the Joba platform

• Managing CI/CD pipeline and production releases

• Maintaining and growing suite of automated testing capabilities 

• Optimizing platform for both performance and scalability

• Collaborate closely with the team to architect and implement all features and fixes 

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and advancements in the field, leveraging them to continuously enhance our platform

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a role as a lead or senior rank developer

• Prior work on Web3 projects, ideally remote and globally distributed

• Experience or deep interest in learning AI coding tools

• Experience architecting systems/solutions to meet different business objectives

• Proficient in front-end development, including but not limited to Typescript 

• Proficient in backend development, including but not limited to Node.js

• Demonstrable Blockchain/Smart contract development experience

• Proficient in relational databases including schema design 

• Experience managing and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.

• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and solve challenges independently.

• Ability to pivot quickly in an agile production setting.

• Knowledge of current trends in the web3 world

• Ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to fast changing environments
