About the team & role

As a Legal Assistant - student, you will encompass variety of tasks including legal research, document preparation, day-to-day support tasks and more.

This role is based in our Slovenian office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Support the legal team with day-to-day tasks.
• Review NDAs and other simple agreements.
• Draft less complex contracts, internal policies, and other legal documents.
• Gather and organize documentation for various legal matters.
• Research crypto, blockchain, and fintech regulations.
• Track and summarize key legal and regulatory updates in the crypto space.

What you'll bring

• Consistent availability and reliability.
• Be in at least the 4th year of law studies.
• Strong command of Slovene and English, both written and spoken.
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and interest in crypto.
• Attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration skills.
