KuCoin is hiring English Proofreaders / Editors to internationalize our great products. Ideal candidates can quickly adapt to different writing styles and subject matters according to the local market and have a strong cultural understanding of the local market, as well as experience in localization.
Responsibilities
- Proofreading/editing UI/UX strings, operations materials, FAQs, and other documentation
- Language asset maintenance, including style guide and glossary
- Localization testing
Requirements
- Native in English (being fluent in Chinese is a plus)
- At least 3 years of proofreading, editing, or translation experience (tech and finance industries preferred)
- Good understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
- Experience in proofreading or editing UI/UX strings
- Familiar with Lokalise, Memsource, and other localization tools
- Experience in copywriting is a bonus
- Possess the following qualities: inquisitive, proactive, responsive, and responsible
