Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious, and self-sufficient Marketing Associate to support and execute various marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow. As a key right-hand support to the CMO, you’ll assist with campaign execution, content creation, newsletters, push notifications, and social media—helping drive impactful marketing strategies with minimal oversight. This is a remote role and the ideal candidate should be based in MENA, Asia, or Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns & Execution

• Work closely with the CMO to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, push notifications, etc.).
• Take ownership of key marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Content & Communications

• Create, edit, and publish compelling content across newsletters, blog posts, push notifications, and social media.
• Work with the design team to ensure high-quality, visually engaging marketing assets.
• Maintain consistency in messaging, brand voice, and communication across all platforms.

Marketing Operations & Support

• Track and analyze key marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights.
• Assist in improving marketing workflows and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Proactive and self-sufficient: You take ownership, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious and results-driven: Strong work ethic with a focus on execution and impact.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or community management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, clear messaging.
• Crypto, Web3, or financial markets knowledge is required.
• Proficiency in tools like Notion, Canva, Figma, and Mailchimp.
