We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with deep crypto experience to lead user acquisition, brand awareness, and community growth across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute Bonex.net’s marketing strategy across digital, social, and influencer channels.
• Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google, Twitter/X, YouTube, crypto ad networks).
• Drive SEO/ASO, content creation, and email marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with affiliates and KOLs to run co-branded promotions and incentive campaigns.
• Grow and engage the Bonex community on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter/X.
• Launch and monitor referral programs, trading competitions, and bonus campaigns.
• Work with product and design to align branding and UX with market expectations.
• Track KPIs and iterate based on data-driven performance analysis.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in crypto marketing or growth roles, ideally at an exchange or trading platform.
• Experience running multi-channel digital campaigns (performance + organic).
• Knowledge of crypto trends, user behavior, and trading communities.
• Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end — strategy, execution, optimization.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, especially for crypto-native audiences.
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with affiliate marketing, trading competitions, or bonus systems.
• Track record of growing Telegram/X/Discord communities.
• Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Figma, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
• Multilingual.
