We're building a decentralized future — and we want smart, crypto-native engineers to build it with us. Our project is focused on [DeFi / NFTs / L2 infrastructure / gaming — choose one], and we’re looking for a blockchain developer with deep experience in smart contracts, dApps, and on-chain logic.
You'll join a global team of Web3 builders to architect scalable, secure blockchain systems. We're not looking for just any dev — we want someone who lives on-chain, uses crypto regularly, and understands gas fees, tokenomics, and DeFi UX from personal experience.
You’ll build and maintain Solidity (or Rust) smart contracts, integrate Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi, web3.py), contribute to audits, and participate in design discussions around token models, protocol architecture, or ZK-proof flows. If you've built and shipped dApps, contributed to DAOs, or deployed contracts on EVM or Solana, we want to hear from you.
This is a remote-first, async-friendly role. We pay in crypto (ETH, USDC, or native tokens) with competitive compensation, token incentives, and possible long-term contributor options.
