About the Role:We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both design and emerging technologies, with a knack for producing engaging visuals that communicate Freedx’s vision and offerings clearly. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketing specialists, and product managers to create dynamic multimedia content that helps us stand out in a competitive industry.Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and Design: Develop compelling motion graphics, animations, and video assets to support Freedx’s marketing campaigns, brand identity, and educational content.
• Brand Consistency: Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to keep Freedx’s visual identity fresh and on-trend.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with the marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives, user journeys, and product features, translating them into engaging motion designs.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep an eye on motion design trends, techniques, and software to ensure Freedx remains at the forefront of creative innovation.
• Iterate and Refine: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs, ensuring the final output aligns with organizational goals and resonates with the target audience.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in motion graphics design, animation, or a related creative field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing animated work, motion graphics, or video content.
• Creativity and Storytelling: Ability to convert complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
• Crypto Knowledge: Familiarity with the crypto or fintech industry is advantageous but not mandatory—a passion to learn is essential.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain creative concepts.
