Offboarding Analyst

Previous experience in operations management and proficiency with operational processes and platforms would be beneficial. Fluency in English and multi-tasking capacity under high-pressure scenarios are required. Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, compliance policy and regulatory functions will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and review assigned cases within available SLAs, including advising relevant stakeholders on next steps.
• Participate or lead projects related to operational enhancement procedures and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements.
• Liaise with teams within organisation to facilitate knowledge sharing on operations requirements.
• Handle and review all enquiries raised by internal stakeholders regarding client offboarding (Individual/Corporates).
• Work closely with checker to ensure an effective 4 eye principle of offboarding due diligence process.
• Challenge the norm and ensure business objectives are achieved with the right controls, focus and drive.
• Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Good practical knowledge in Excel.
• Possesses strong time management and end-to-end ownership on assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to priortise, be accountable for own workload and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to management and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of coaching and execution in operations environment is preferred.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
