Chief IU/UX Designer (Bilingual)

Job Description:

1 Oversee the overall visual design and user experience of WEEX.com, ensuring

designs meet international standards and exhibit high-end aesthetic perspectives.

2 Lead the design team, establish design norms and standards, and enhance the

team's design capabilities and professional level.

3 Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deeply

understand user needs and product essence, accurately expressing and conveying the

core value of trading products.

4 Responsible for the design and optimization of product interfaces, including mobile

and web platforms, enhancing users' visual experience and platform usability.

5 Participate in the design work for market activities and brand promotions to elevate

the company's brand image.

6 Continuously optimize design solutions based on data analysis and user feedback to

improve user satisfaction.

7 Research industry trends and cutting-edge design technologies to ensure design

solutions are innovative and competitive

Qualifications:

1 Bachelor's degree or higher in design, art, or a related field.

2 At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or as an art director, with experience

in cryptocurrency exchanges or the financial industry preferred.

3 Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

4 Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of seamless

communication in both languages.

5 Extensive experience in international design, capable of accurately understanding

global users' aesthetic preferences.

6 High-end aesthetic perspective, able to produce high-quality visual work that

enhances the overall user experience.

7 Strong team leadership and project management skills, capable of leading the team

to efficiently complete design tasks.

8 Familiar with user experience design processes, with outstanding user research and

data analysis abilities.

9 Innovative mindset, able to propose creative and competitive design solutions
