[REMOTE EUROPE] German-speaking Part Time Community Manager

✅ Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing the daily operations of Telegram, ensuring the growth of community users,  using various bots functions to ensure stable operation.
2. Assist and implement community campaigns such as AMA that drive the community to enhance conversion and engagement as well as brand awareness.
3. Responsible for the overall community user experience, listen, gather and submit user’s feedback and opinions in a timely manner.
4. Monitor, analyze, and communicate results on a weekly basis.
5. Assist in planning, organizing, and running online and offline campaigns, such as meet-ups, summits, exhibitions, etc.

✅ Job Requirements:

1. Proficient in English & German business communication in order to liaise with the international marketing team.
2. At least 1 year of proven experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
3. First-hand experience in being a 'group admin' eg. Telegram
4. Ability to work flexible hours to engage with the crypto community as often as possible.
5. A creative and proactive individual who thinks outside the box, and always goes the extra mile.
6. Must be able to work independently and collaborate remotely with the global marketing team.
