Partnerships Manager

The Tec Rec is a staffing agency, based in the Cayman Islands, hiring for some of the best projects within Web3 globally. We are recruiting a Partnerships Manager - Blockchain to join our client’s team as soon as possible. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up and lead the Partnerships Strategy globally where you will develop key relationships across the blockchain ecosystem and assist with the projects long term growth.

You will be required to bring extensive knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and have a track record of developing successful partnerships within this market, preferably in a B2B capacity.

A passion for the space and the ability to drive results is key, and this will suit someone that has worked in a start-up environment previously and is comfortable "wearing multiple hats" as required.

The day-to-day:

• Develop and manage key partnerships across the ecosystem globally to enhance the project
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders as required
• Work closely with the Founders, to ensure that the ecosystems growth plans are met
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
• Regularly provide insights and recommendations to leadership to inform strategic decisions

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a partnership’s role within blockchain.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and be confident on their own ability.
• Be able to work alone and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable working in a start-up environment.
• Be a self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Have experience identifying, pursuing, and closing complex partnerships globally.
• Be a confident public speaker.
