Who weâre looking for
Weâre seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to create exceptional digital experiences in our products. As an ideal candidate, you'll be a creative problem-solver with a passion for user-centered design, capable of transforming complex business requirements and customer needs into intuitive, engaging interfaces. You will work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and improve the design process.
You will
- Organize user research to uncover the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our customers
- Design convenient and aesthetic interfaces for Web3 products on web and mobile platforms
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Lead design iterations based on user feedback, usability insights, and business goals
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product direction
- Ensure consistency and scalability by maintaining and evolving our design system
- Drive the entire design processâfrom discovery and ideation to execution and testing
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B productsâideally in the fintech or blockchain space
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design in high-tech environments
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Miro, Principle)
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
- Solid understanding of Web3 technologies: dApps, crypto wallets, tokenomics, smart contracts, etc.
- Strong communication skillsâyou can clearly explain your decisions and advocate for the user
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
- A proactive mindset, with strong self-management and multitasking abilities
